Information about entering to Japan
※From September 26 2022, Entrants Returnees Follow-up Systems (ERFS) is no longer required.
But you need to provide valid vaccine certificate from your country.
(1) If the vaccinated certificate was issued by foreign country, your vaccinated certificated need to be shown, your name, date of birth, Type of vaccine or manufacturer, vaccination date, and number of doses.
(2) If the vaccine certificated was written in other languages (except of Japan and English), you need to provide translation as well.
(3) The certificated need to show that you were vaccinated at least 2 times.
(4) Your vaccine must be listed in WHO emergency covid-19 vaccine use list.
